This policy explains what personal information Advenily (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit this website or contact us, what we do with it, and the choices you have.

1. Who we are

Advenily is a web development studio serving clients in Tanzania. You can reach us by phone on +255 768 499 671 or on WhatsApp.

2. Information we collect

• When you contact us. If you call or message us, we receive your phone number and anything you tell us, such as your name, business and project details.
• When you become a client. Information needed to quote, build and invoice your project, such as business name, contact details, and payment references.
• Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.

This website has no sign-up or contact form, and does not use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes we will update this page.

3. How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiries and prepare quotes.
• To plan, build, launch and support your project, and to invoice and record payments.
• To keep this website secure and working.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

4. Calls and WhatsApp

When you message us on WhatsApp, the conversation passes through WhatsApp (operated by Meta) and is also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy. Calls go through your mobile network. Please do not send passwords, card numbers or identity document numbers by message or call — we will never ask for them that way.

5. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business (for example hosting, communication and payment providers), and only as needed. We may also disclose information if the law or a competent authority requires it.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up. Client and payment records are kept for as long as the project requires and as long as the law requires us to keep business records. After that we delete or anonymise them.

7. Your rights

Under Tanzanian data protection law you may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for certain purposes. To do this, contact us using the details above and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you may also contact the Personal Data Protection Commission of Tanzania.

8. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 18.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last changed.
