Terms of Service
Last updated: 24 September 2026
These terms apply to your use of this website and to web development services provided by Advenily. By using the website or asking us to work for you, you agree to them. For each project, the written quote we send you forms part of the agreement and takes priority if it differs from these terms.
1. Using this website
The content on this website is provided for general information. We try to keep it accurate, but it is provided “as is” and prices shown are starting points, not offers. All text, design and code on this website belong to Advenily unless stated otherwise, and may not be copied or reused without our permission.
2. Quotes and scope
After a scoping call we send a fixed quote in Tanzanian shillings (TZS) describing what is included. Work outside that scope, such as extra pages, new features or major changes after approval, is quoted separately before we start it.
3. Payment
Fees are payable in TZS by M-Pesa, Mixx by Yas, Airtel Money, HaloPesa or bank transfer, on the schedule set out in your quote. We may pause work while an invoice is overdue.
4. What you provide
You agree to provide content, images, logos and feedback in good time, and you confirm that you have the right to use everything you give us. Delivery times we mention are estimates and depend on you providing what we need promptly.
5. Ownership
Once you have paid in full, you own the code and content we produce for your project, and the repository, hosting and domain accounts are set up in your name. Third-party tools, fonts and libraries remain under their own licences. Unless you ask us not to, we may show the finished project in our portfolio.
6. Support after launch
Small fixes are included for 30 days after launch. After that, ongoing changes and care are available through a monthly retainer or as separately quoted work.
7. Retainers
A retainer gives you a set amount of build time each month, with priority turnaround. You may pause or cancel a retainer at any time; work already carried out remains payable.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit or lost business, and our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. If a disagreement arises, we will first try to resolve it with you in good faith before either of us goes to the courts of Tanzania.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and changes do not affect a quote you have already accepted. Questions? Call us on +255 768 499 671.
